Lundia Reviews & Testimonials

Here are pics of our installed closet. We absolutely love it!

We would like to thank you for your support through the purchasing and post-sales process. We appreciate the great support provided by you and the staff at Lundia. We are very happy with our purchase!

To anyone considering a Lundia closet system,

We recently remodeled our master bedroom and bath, including a complete re-configuration of our master closet. We explored several different closet options on-line and through our contractor. What attracted us to the Lundia closet system was the fact that they use solid wood and their online design tools to help design your closet. The ease of installation and the ability to make adjustments post installation are also attractive features. Lastly, we considered a completely "custom" closet but we couldn't justify the significant cost differential. Our Lundia closet looks "custom" without the "custom" cost.

Bottom line, we are extremely pleased with the purchase of our Lundia closet system and we highly recommend the product and the company. This product quality is outstanding and it shows nicely!

Thanks again!

The level of professionalism with your company is top notch. This type of quality and service is hard to find today. Just wanted to send you some pictures of the project completed. We finished it several months ago and I realized I had not sent you any pictures. We are very happy with the way everything turned out. I wanted to express my sincere thanks to you for all of your help. I also want to express a sincere thanks to the people who packaged the project. Everything was perfect....not one damaged piece! It was amazing the the care that was put into the packing of the components. When we first received the 2 large pallets of the products, my wife and I thought maybe we underestimated the amount of work, but once we got started it was very easy. It was like riding a bike, once you get it figured out the rest goes quick. We got everything done in 2 days on the weekend. The wonderful thing about the individual components is that we were able to use our garage as the staging area, and then bring components to our 2nd floor bedroom with ease, and assemble them in the bedroom. I was really impressed that on one of the finished tops I made a mistake when I reviewed and signed out final work order, but someone in production must have caught it and sent the right size!.....now that is attention to detail. We had extra silver drawer pins, and your could see from the pictures how we filled in the holes on the dressers and it gave it a finished touch....maybe would work as a suggestion to others . We also had tempered glass custom cut for the tops in a bronze color. We think it compliments the project. It also protects the finished tops.

Hey guys,

We just installed a Lundia closet system in our home. The whole “Lundia” experience has been very positive beginning with the design. Their support staff was very quick to answer my questions, (lots and lots of questions). Their suggestions were spot on and saved us a lot of time and money. Every Lundia employee I spoke to had installed Lundia products in their own homes which, in my opinion, speaks to the quality of the product and provides support from folks that have actually assembled the systems. I had read a few negative comments about the instructions and hardware. It’s hard for some folks to do but, taking the time to read ALL of the assembly instructions before opening any boxes is a huge help. Also, as I was assembling our closet, I contacted Lundia a few times with questions that were answered immediately which was greatly appreciated. We ordered the Clear Finish material.

A few notes about our experience:

Pros:

*Reading all the assembly instructions first was a huge help.

*Material was package very well. All the boxes were very clearly labeled with full description of package contents. Package labeling was a huge help during assembly.

*Support staff provided helpful, accurate information in a very timely manner.

*Quality of the finish was better than we expected.

*Quality of the milled and drilled sections was excellent and very repeatable. (this is very important when assembling shelves using this type of shelf pin hardware).

*Because of the consistency of the high quality fabrication, the assembly process was actually enjoyable and did not take much time.

Cons:

I’m getting a feeling my wife feels an uncontrollable desire to fill my vacant shoe spaces with NEW SHOES for HER!!

Here’s a couple shots of the finished product. Where the shoe racks are is where the original closet was. The remainder is repurposed attic space above the garage. I appreciate your help, it turned out nice and most importantly, the boss is happy!

I love my new closet! For only a small price over what I would have paid closet companies to put in particle board....I have real wood! Lundia closet systems are very easy to put together and great quality! Lynn Bischoff helped me every step of the way. She gave me suggestions, put together CAD drawings, ordered everything, and kept me up to date on the manufacturing and delivery. I was amazed also on how carefully packaged everything was. There was not a single thing damaged or missing. Putting it together was nice and easy with great full color step by step instructions.

The Lundia Simple Closet is cleverly designed and engineered so that I, a 53-year-old skinny woman with a weak back, was able to put it together without any assistance. Looks simple when you see it all together, but this solid wood closet has the intricate details that made it come together without frustration and without duct tape. The cost is around the same or not much more than the Ikea Pax system which is pressed wood. The only problem I had with assembly was that they forgot to send 8 essential screws (the only thing missing and considering how this thing is made, that is impressive!), but even they were easy to find at Lowes (meaning someone at Lundia considered the need to have universal and easy to find screws). I mean, they even sent shims for the drawer front placements (which, I used incorrectly as you can see in the pic by the slight gap on one side of the system). I am planning to order another closet for my son.

Closet received nicely packaged and installed!

Looks great!! My husband commented on how well engineered it was. It was much simpler assembling that I thought it would be.

Thank you!!!

Christy

We pushed out the closet wall into another room to make this big walk in closet and I wanted to shout out the company we used for the closet installation. We plan on finishing the rest with the same look (when we get the money 😅)

The company is @lundia_usa and we are so glad we came across them since they are so adorable and so nice. You can customize color, and within each frame you can choose your length and if you want shelves, hanging rods or drawers. Loved having the option to make it what I needed. And it was SO easy to install yall. It was harder to put together one baby crib then this entire closet!

Highly recommend looking into them for your next closet/storage needs!

I just want to thank you for your assistance in facilitating our order for our Lundia closet. We absolutely love the finished product. I have attached a photo of the closet. It is tough to photo the small space, so the photo does not show the total picture. As I have mentioned before, you made the entire ordering process very easy. I was impressed with how the order was packed and shipped. It was easy to sort it out, and then assemble the components. I was able to put the main frame sections together in my garage, and then move them to our second floor. One real nice surprise was when I realized I could use the sections to temporarily use the clothes rods in the lower half of the sections to move all of our hanging clothes out of the closet, so I could demolish my old clothes rods and repair the walls. This saved having to move the clothes elsewhere. With some " musical chairs" I was able to then install the new sections with the add on frames, and then move the clothes, in as I assembled the completed sections. All of the components fit together well. The drawer install was a little tricky, but did not take long to figure out how to fit the drawers into the tracks. With some creative carpentry, I was able to work in some details to adapt to the existing space, which resulted in a custom looking install when done. When we designed the closet, we knew generally what we needed. However when we started to actually place all of our clothes in the closet our thoughts changed. It was really easy to move the shelves and rods around to fit our revised organization. We were also really impressed with the quality of the materials, how the drawers were fabricated, and how uniformly all of the components were made. It is a "Class Product", particularly when compared to what else is in the market.

Thank you again for your assistance.

Thank you!

We’re excited to move everything in now.

We’ve had nothing but a great experience start to finish and will be sure that everyone we know gets our unsolicited advice on which closet system to use!

I want to thank you for taking the time to reach out to me regarding the missing shelf. I really appreciate you following through and keeping your promise to get it out immediately; you've restored my confidence that there are people to keep their word and believe in customer service.

Both my husband and I are engineers and the quality and strength of the Lundia system is impressive. We have been general contractors for building houses from scratch as well as performed complete renovations of existing structures. Our experience has taught us that it is a rarity to come across products which perform as publicized; yours certainly does!

We have included pictures of what we did to an unfinished unit we purchased from you to fit the laundry space we designed and built. Feel free to use the attached pictures if you so desire.

Thank you again!

"Thank you very much. My parents LOVE their closets!"

Eddie, Thank you and your colleagues for a quality product and even better customer service.

The shelving is FANTASTIC!! The fit was tight, but Spot On - no wasted space, or opportunity for things to fall off to the side as I had before.

This will be so much more efficient than the previous solution, which actually was a great quality, older Lundia shelving unit (it's down in hubby's office now), but it was smaller, and had to fit around closet hardware. With the renovations, I was able to rebuild the space - and I am So Glad that one of those older shelves had a sticker with the name 'Lundia' on it, to allow me to find you again after so many years!

And, the Whitewash finish is the perfect addition for the coastal-esque new room decor. Very Exciting!

Looking forward to receiving the last unit, which will be constructed over a file cabinet in a nook corner.

Thank You so much for this great product!

Leslie

Very happy!

"Our closet turned out amazing. The virtue of your system is the versatility. There are endless combinations if you get creative. Due to this we were able to make use of just about every square inch of our space". (Photos are during installation)

Thank you! 9'high closet

It was a great process! I did it myself completely with zero issues.

Aloha Jes, the coat racks arrived yesterday and everything is installed. We could not be happier with how the closet looks and all the storage we now have. A big mahalo to you and everyone else at the Recom Group (Lundia). Ray

We are very pleased with the final product, many thanks to you and all there at the Recom Group for quality products and services! You’ll see in the pictures I’ve hung double barn type doors on the entrance of the closet. These can be opened from the middle or one either side as to access the shelf units from outside or inside the closet. The shorter units are mounted on the rails inside the closet and can be moved to access the extra room behind them or to make more room inside at either end. I did not use the 84" upright frames in this closet as the time constraints didn’t allow for me to wait. I plan on using these in my next project, one of our bathrooms. Thank you all again!

I’ve gotten so many compliments on this closet! Everyone loves it and can’t believe I put it together on my own. And that it’s real wood.

We received everything, and it came together exactly as we wanted! The shelves look great, and we are delighted with the functionality. We will be ordering more systems in the future!

"The packing was very well done, please extend our happiness with your shipping crew. They really know how to pack!! We put it all together this weekend! It looks so awesome!

I love, love, love the closet. The sliding racks work great. We adjusted one of the racks to better fit Marc’s shirts, and it was easy to do. We’re very happy with the system.

"Thank you so much. You guys have been absolutely wonderful to work with on this project. It is so nice and EVERYONE that sees it loves it and asks where we got the shelving from. It’s turned out so nice that we may not put the doors back on the closet!"

We love it SO much!!! I like that there are shelves for his toys too. I especially love that everything arrived very organized. They are very nice to work with, and above all they are a safer option than traditional closets built out of MDF/Particle board.

I'm sharing the picture of our wall A with you - we look forward to building the rest of our Lundia Closet!

"Thanks so much for your super response! Dealing with Lynn and Jes has always been a real pleasure. They have been attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, etc.. If I had known this was going to be this easy and fun to assemble Lundia shelving, Lou and I would have assembled the Closet and Man Cave ourselves and saved ourselves a bundle of money’and had all the fun to boot."

"Thank You"

"Very Happy"

"Thanks for all the help!"

"We Love Them! :) Orion worked so hard, staining and painting!"

"This year we decided to give our store a fresh new look. After extensive research we decided on an all wood, natural finish drawers, shelves and garment racks system from LundiaUSA. Everything we needed arrived well packaged, undamaged, all components properly identified and with clear instructions for relatively easy assembly. We're happy to recommend LundiaUSA for your home or business project. Feel free to contact us at Tuxedo Fashions in San Jose, CA"

The shelving looks wonderful. I want to thank you and your staff so much for all your help.
